Synopsis She's America's Most Wanted Serial Killer When his high powered brother is brutally murdered by a serial killer, Murray Wilson (Dolph Lundgren: Johnny Mnemonic, Universal Soldier), a former boxer and San Francisco cop, launches his own investigation.
